4. Fees and Subscriptions
Pricing for any product or service is disclosed before purchase. If you enroll in a subscription, it will automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing **support@mywellnessapp.app**. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no cancellation fee.
Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable, and prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. Services are self-pay and are not billed to insurance or to any federal or state healthcare program.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Nothing in these Terms limits the liability of any independent healthcare provider or pharmacy for their own professional services, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyWellnessApp LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
